K&L Heating & Air is a small company where Owner is on every job.  The owner is Kevin Lewis I have lived in Medins my whole life . I have been in the heating busness since 1985 Family-owned and operated right here in MEDINA, NY. Since our company opened in 2004 We were formerly Medina Heating., We treat our costomers like my friends because most are our will be.. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch

I started in business in rochester at  Ward Supply . I sold and designed heating and air conditioning systems. In 1999 I purchased Medina Heating and in 2004 changed name to K&L Heating & Air when i split from partner.
This is an all inclusive contract for residential heating unit in owner occupied homes. The contract goes from 3-01-2012 to 3-10-2013 The cost is 190.00 +tax=205.20.  This contract does not cover heat exchanger failuers  .
